Pocono Old Tyme Farm Equipment Vendor Guidelines
Annual Show Guidelines
Vendors must agree to the following conditions:
1.) Any pets must be kept in the individual vendor's area and must not be disruptive. Pets must be cleaned up after.
2.) There will be no bicycle riding on the show grounds.
3.) A 11 pm curfew will be instituted every night. After that time all crafters, vendors, and flea marketers who are staying in the fence overnight must be in their own area and quiet for the rest of the evening.
4.) There will be no free hookups for camping inside the fence. Any crafters, vendors, or flea marketers who wish to hook into the power or water may be charged an additional $14.00 a day (including non-show days).
5.) Hereby agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to staying on the grounds overnight.
4.) Everything must be cleaned up in the vendor area by Sunday afternoon.
